Where the data comes from
We start from Google Maps searches for medical weight loss, tirzepatide, semaglutide and GLP-1 clinics in Texas cities. Name, address, phone, rating and review count come from Google Maps.
What we check on each website
We read each clinic's own website and record whether it says it offers tirzepatide, semaglutide, compounded or brand-name medication, telehealth, in-person visits, lab work, a free consultation, insurance, and whether a physician leads the program. A service is shown as “Yes” only when the website says so. Otherwise we show “Not listed on their website — call and ask”.
How clinics are ranked
On each city page, clinics whose websites list tirzepatide or semaglutide come first. Within each group, clinics are sorted by a Bayesian average: the Google rating is weighted by the number of reviews (prior of 20 reviews at the Texas average of 4.83), so a handful of perfect reviews does not outrank hundreds of good ones.
Cities
A city gets its own page when it has at least 3 clinics that list GLP-1 medication, or at least 5 clinics in total. Clinics in smaller towns appear on the page of the nearest such city, under “Also serving”.
What we do not do
We do not verify licenses, inspect clinics or review medical quality. Listings compiled from Google Maps and each clinic's own website. We do not verify licenses. Not medical advice. Check prescribers with the Texas Medical Board.

Paid placements are labeled “Advertisement” and never change the order of clinics. Details.
